About the Company

From humble beginnings in the mid - ‘90s, CanaDream has steadily grown into a leading RV rental and sales business in Canada. Our market-leading brand position has been achieved through a combination of investments in experienced crew members across all our locations, with unique build RV floor plans, proprietary technology, continual investment, continual growth and expansion plans, and a fleet of over 1,000 modern RVs for rentals and previously experienced units available for sale.

Our brand new modern build in a newly developed area has 5 work bays, an inside wash bay area, and 3 offices and is fully paved with spacious roads and a fully fenced, gated and graveled lot.   It is close to the QEII hwy and 10 minutes from the Airport. It also features high-quality finishes, a roomy new reception/waiting room, a staff lunchroom, and multiple washrooms for both employees and Guests.

More About the role:

It takes a special kind of person to do this job. Those most successful in this role pay great attention to details and take pride in their work. 

Job Duties:

• Move recreational vehicles around the yard and into the shop for service
• Maintain the lot and keep the building clean
• Ensure units are organized in a presentable manner
• Perform unit inventory and update the lot map each week
• Inspect and report any vehicular damages
• Drive to pick up parts and deliver vehicles to appropriate departments after-sales, trade-ins, arrival, etc.
• Monitor vehicles in storage, watch for any damage that will adversely affect unit in outdoor climate and ensure vehicles are secure
• Maintain lot security and report any problems or crimes on the lot
• Assist in taking recreational vehicles for external service
• Move vehicles to and from secondary lot
• Assist with cleaning of the units when required
• Help with shop or guest services duties as required
• Other duties, relevant to the position, shall be assigned as required

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and be able to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Self-directed, motivated, proactive, and fiercely accountable
• 1-2 years of lot attendant experience is an asset
• Ability and willingness to learn and strong attention to detail
• Positive interpersonal skills, attitude and energy
• Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to multitask
• Ability to work independently or within a team
• Familiarity with B and C Class RVs will be an asset
