What you'll do:

  • Work within a cross-functional agile team to build performant software products
  • Look for opportunities to ideate and improve the product and continually expand what is possible through technology.
  • Challenge yourself and each other to innovate and improve each day
  • Design systems that offer data and services to both internal and external partners
  • Peer review code to ensure excellence in code quality
  • Responsible for the full application lifecycle, from refinement, development, testing and support.
  • Responsible for the development, deployment and debugging of secure cloud-based applications
  • Work with ambiguity and ask for feedback to drive to a solution as part of the team
  • Responsible for the recognition of best cloud practices and solutions that could be useful for application support on the cloud
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, pipeline, and infrastructure-related issues with an eye to automation

 

What you'll need:

  • Working experience with C++ and Java (as a bonus)
  • Experience working within a cross-functional agile development team
  • Solid grounding in OOAD, SOLID principles and secure coding practices
  • Excellent knowledge of Cloud, Infrastructure Services, DevOps, and Software Development Services
  • Experience working with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures and experience with relational databases (SQL Server)
  • Keen interest in exploring and evaluating new and emerging technologies, and practices
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment and successfully build collaborative relationships
  • Able to communicate in English with team members

 

It'd be nice if you have:

  • Experience with containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
  • Experience in setting up Azure DevOps pipelines (YAML)
  • Experience writing API integration tests, and UI automation tests
  • Experience with Redis
  • Overall familiarity with Azure Portal and using different types of Azure Resources
  • Experience with Azure Cloud Services such as Azure APIM, Azure Service Bus, AKS, Azure Functions
  • Familiarity with Node.JS

 

How we hire - here's a brief overview of our recruitment process:

  • Screening & Resume Review: Our Talent Acquisition team will evaluate all resumes and select candidates for a video screening call for 30 minutes.
  • Hiring Manager Interview (45-60 minutes): Meet with the hiring manager to speak in detail about your relevant experience and learn more about the role.
  • Technical Interview (60 minutes): Show off your technical and problem-solving skills by solving coding challenges that the team faces with 1-2 Engineering team members.
  • Final Interview (30 minutes): Meet with the Director of Engineering for a final conversation about the role.
