Position Summary: Serves as initial contact point for new collection sites, setting up their accounts and modifying information according to established protocols; continues to ensure the quality of service at collection sites, along with adherence to industry best practices. Ideal candidates will quickly become acquainted with DISA’s standards of service and will be comfortable holding collection sites accountable to such high standards.

Responsibilities:
• Sets up new collection sites
• Assigns existing collection sites to our client base
• Assists with invoice reconciliation and tests-not-invoiced report as it relates to new collection site additions
• Assists with collection site database maintenance through updated information on prices, address changes, certificates and collection site agreements
• Manages and maintains the collection site files to include agreements and updated collector certificates
• Audits collection facilities to ensure quality processes
• Conducts error correction training for any sites whose practices do not meet DISA’s protocols and procedures
• Promotes new services such as electronic workflows
• Assist internal and external customers with any collection related issues 

Qualifications required:
• High school diploma, or equivalent, and two (2) years related work experience 
• Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel and Word
• Strong general typing skills

Qualifications desired:
• DISAWorks®system experience
• Collection site experience

Work hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
