Job Summary: 
This role provides administrative and operational support for all aspects of Program Administration and is a collection specialist for the Manchester clinic and on-site events as needed. 

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Average % of time split among daily duties

Administrative support that includes creating authorization forms in DISA360.  Scheduling drug and alcohol tests directly in FormFox and contacting donors, organizing clinic paperwork   and searching for clinic chain of custody forms. Support third party and clinic billing tasks. Daily monitoring of the open Chain of Custody report and working the chase list to obtain required paperwork form collection sites and forward documents to MRO. Continued follow-up with sites to ensure timely result processing for all customers.
Clinic and on-site collection specialist. Performing drug screen and breath alcohol collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation when needed.  Occasional travel may be required.

Essential Requirements:
• Data entry and office experience
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills

Required Education: 
• High school diploma 

Preferred Education:
• (2) years of customer service experience
