Job Summary: 
This role provides administrative and operational support for Program Administration (Drug and Alcohol) and Driver Qualification Department. 

Responsibilities/Job Duties:

Responsibility

65%
Review and identify employment gaps in customer submitted DQ paperwork. Entering previous employer orders into DISA360. Pull FMCSA Clearinghouse queries and driving records for customers. Monitor for new Clearinghouse employers. Train customers in ordering services from DISA360

Daily monitoring of the open Chain of Custody report and working the chase list to obtain required paperwork form collection sites and forward documents to MRO. Continued follow-up with sites to ensure timely result processing for all customers.

Administrative support that includes creating authorization forms, resolving processing errors, entering instant or breath alcohol test results, creating close-out of files and scanning/emailing to customers as needed. Monitoring shared email box. Assist with DCM reporting, general office support and special projects as needed. 

Essential Requirements:
• Data entry and office experience
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent customer service skills

Required Education: 
• High school diploma 

Preferred Education:
• (2) years of customer service experience
