Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) has an exciting opportunity for a Client Solutions Executive that will oversee assigned key accounts. This will be a full-time, in-office position, and based out of our Las Vegas, NV office.

What You Will Accomplish Here…

As a Client Solutions Executive in our Client Services Department, you will be strengthening relationships with our clients while serving as an essential technical resource. Our customers are manufacturers, regulators, and operators within the Gambling industry. This is a customer service focused position and a natural fit for someone who thrives on helping clients solve problems and providing them with sustainable value. You will consult directly with clients to identify their needs and provide viable, efficient solutions resulting in high levels of client trust and lasting relationships.

 

This position will effectively support the client services team and ultimately our clients by focusing on the following: 

 

  • Plays an essential role in developing and leading the client solutions strategies for customer engagement, implementation, and retention for large suppliers and key accounts.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with assigned clients by acting as a primary support agent.
  • Responsible for ownership of key clients relating to regulatory acceptance and approval of new technology, as well as coordinating agendas aimed at efficient and productive meetings.
  • Identifies strategic technical and regulatory challenges and offers solutions while acting as a primary client and technological expert.
  • Responsible for client support activities for the achievement of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Analyzes data to determine performance against service level agreements (SLA’s) and internal performance key performance indicators (KPI’s).
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting potential changes in legislation, regulation, and regulatory interpretations in assigned markets.
  • Records customer’s lifecycle data through maintenance and utilization of the CRM system.

Education, Experience and Skills:

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience working in a similar role is required.
  • One (1) year of experience working in the gaming/gambling industry is required.
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience in collaborative decision-making across technology, sales, and customer teams.
  • Must have excellent Excel and data analysis skills to gain insights for commercial decisions, including the ability to build and query complex data sets. 
  • Must be comfortable with translating business challenges into solutions.
  • This position will include travel approximately 30%, both domestic and international, including occasionally on short notice.
  • While not frequent, must have the ability to occasionally work during non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays and extended hours beyond the traditional workweek.
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, while maintaining a realistic balance among priorities.
  • Must demonstrate a high degree of attention to quality, details, and correctness.
  • Must have the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English sufficiently to perform the duties of this position.

 

Location: This is an in-person, full-time position based out of our Las Vegas, NV Office 

Schedule: Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.

Salary range: $80,000 - $100,000

Travel: This position offers ample opportunity to travel, including 50%-75%
