Do you have the determination to close sales and build lasting relationships with new and established customers? If so, then thee Kohler Signature Store, a division of Hajoca Corporation, would like you to join our dedicated team as a Sales and Design Consultant. The Sales and Design Consultant distinguishes the store by offering intuitive design and sales expertise allowing the customer to experience the Kohler brand and exceeding their shopping expectations.  The consultant should be energetic, passionate about kitchen and bath design, personable, and have professional sales experience.  Sales and Design Consultant is expected to provide prompt and friendly service when

working with homeowners, design trade, and contractors.


Sales and Design Consultants provide expert product selection assistance and design advice to showroom customers. As a Sales and Design Consultant with The Kohler Signature Store your specific duties will include, but are not limited to:
•Assisting showroom customers, assessing their needs, guiding their product selections, and successfully closing the sale

•Providing customers with reliable information regarding product specifications, product suitability, pricing, and availability

•Entering Sales Orders and Bids, expedite purchases, and maintain customer communication to ensure an accurate and timely order processing 

•Drive sales and achieve or exceed monthly sales goals

•Follow up on leads and generate new business
•Build and maintain long customer relationships, creating referrals and repeat business

•Manage customers and sales from beginning to end of project

•Sell and provide in store and in-home design consultations for kitchens and/or bathrooms
Be motivated, detailed, highly organized and capable of working in a team-selling and service minded environment

All interested applicants must possess: 
•Undergraduate/trade/design school education preferred or 
equivalent experience

•Minimum 5 years sales experience with proven track record of exceeding sales

•Outstanding customer service and communication skills

•Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)

•Previous luxury or high-end experienced required
•Ability to work weekends
•Previous experience in a commission based environment

Our ideal candidate will also have: 
•A comprehensive knowledge of product

•Plumbing showroom sales experience

•Knowledge of kitchen and bath design trends

•The drive to assist team members with other tasks as required
