Works closely with the logistics organization to provide performance feedback on vendor compliance issues. Coordinates the identification and implementation of process improvements that help decrease customer compliance fines and increase customer satisfaction, as they relate to the distribution and transportation processes. Also, drives specific projects that directly impact customer quality.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with the Account Receivable team to research and resolve vendor compliance deductions in a timely manner to limit Pure Fishing financial exposure.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to compile customer requirements and review contract compliance.
Partner with customers to achieve best in class customer experience.
Works independently to identify trends from customer feedback data and make recommendations for process improvement.
Coordinates the identification and implementation of distribution, returns and transportation related process improvements.
Develops queries; generates and distributes reports, drives efficiencies from findings.
Assists with distribution related metrics as needed.
Supports and leads projects.
Maintains the confidentiality of all information.
Ability to travel as required.
Other duties as assigned.
College degree in Business or Logistics-related field preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint - required.
Relevant SAP experience required.
Previous data analysis experience preferred.
Understanding of business and business processes.
