The Seasonal Grower Relations Administrative Support reports to the Grower Relations department and oversees the collection, accuracy, reporting and distribution of daily grape information. This is a full time, seasonal position from August through October. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of administrative or data entry experience and strong computer and Excel skills.


  • Filing of weight certificates for all facilities
  • Contacting growers for pesticide reports and trucking liability insurance
  • Assist in monitoring daily brix levels and deliveries (loads) daily
  • Assist in building and changing of weekly schedule based on allotted space, for backup scheduling
  • Assist in collection of missing and incorrect grower maps
  • Tracking and data entry of pesticide use reports
  • Auditing of daily edits
  • Auditing of grower remittances, for payment
  • Answering / returning phones calls and emails
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Staff as needed

  • 2+ years administrative and/or data entry experience
  • Microsoft Office and Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask, adapt/respond in an environment of constant change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy in both numerical and written
  • Demonstrate reliable attendance
  • Computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
