The role is centered around providing insights on all aspects of 4th Level Trade BMW business to include sales activity, potential opportunities and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities & Duties 

• Provides regular reports and analysis on sales performance, customer feedback, and other key metrics.
• Creates and maintains accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity, customer information, and other relevant data.
• Stays up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify potential opportunities and threats to the business.
• Collaborates with internal teams including marketing, business development, and logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts.
• Provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support when needed.
• Provides and creates marketing and promotional materials to dealers, and ensures brand consistency.
• Creates reports detailing dealer performance, and suggest areas for improvement and growth.
• Monitors dealer performance according to agreed metrics, and take corrective actions when needed

Experience, Skills and Key Competencies

• At least 3 years of data reporting and analysis experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Broad knowledge of the competitive landscape, best practices related to the automotive industry, and market trends.
• Can effectively organize and manage day-to-day work and priorities, and use time, energy and resources to meet goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Able to communicate in a respectful, positive and constructive manner, even during times of challenge and frustration.
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work, and can easily adjust to shifts in priorities as the needs of the business change.
• English speaker
• Availability for travel (quarterly business trips across Slovenia)
